- We met Judy & Peter in 1989 when we decided to buy a 2nd home out west, in LaJolla Ca, It just so happened that they were the general contractors/owners of that property, as well. We moved there permanently in 1993 and stayed until spring of 2013. During that time, we purchased and sold our 3 homes & an additional investment property with the Correntes. Our last home was another one built by them. Not only did they know their market & their decades long real estate profession, they understood the building process. Their building experience proved to be extremely helpful in identifying problems and opportunities when looking for our homes and investment property. But the most important thing that they brought to the real estate table was a, "never let a deal die" mentality. We' ve never seen any real estate agents/brokers anywhere in the country, work so hard and so creatively to get a deal closed, whether working on our behalf as the buyers or the sellers. The Philions
